Coliseum, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, holidays between sun and culture. 2500 years of history in a single place! For example five meters under Largo di Torre Argentina you can see the ancient ruins of a 4th century b.c. Roman temple. Just around the corner are the crooked narrow streets of the 16 th century Jewish “ghetto”. In front of us is the 18 th and 19 th century “Teatro Argentina ” from where Rossini sent his “barber” around the world - All around us the 21 st century traffic surges. Mama Roma, the city of tranquillity and of the “dolce vita”, but at the same time the city of chaos, noisy scooters and never-ending traffic.
If you want to enjoy one, but get away from the other, you have found the right place: 2 double rooms with breakfast in the verdant areas surrounding Rome . No factories, no noisy traffic, only peace and quiet, freshness and pure 100% country air. Perfect connections: 20 minutes to Lake Bracciano by car, 10 minutes to the motorway, 25 minutes to the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), 30 minutes to the centre of Rome by underground. And in the evening, back to our oasis.
Our standard
Renaissance-style Villa, double-rooms with a balcony facing south, overlooking the lush countryside and an entrance to the breakfast terrace, in addition a double-room for children with a piano. Open fire-place and central-heating for cold days. Separate bathroom with a view to the palm and olive garden. Safe, shaded car park. Breakfast in the dining-room or on the terrace under hundred-year-old oaks.

Our facilities
Continental breakfast, towels, pyjamas, house-coat, hair-dryer, German television programs and internet! Cold drinks, wine-cellar, German or English answers to all questions, for example, restaurants, art or trips to the areas surrounding Rome . A very well equipped sport-centre nearby as well as a huge riding-ground with possibility of housing your own horse. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood and the best pizza in Rome to “take-away” just opposite the Villa. Renting cars or bicycles is possible. Shuttle to the airports. Shuttle to the next underground or city-railway station free.
